The service department is great! Mindy does a great job keeping me informed and taking care of my concerns. Darlene is always on the ball and processes my paperwork expeditiously and giving me help with my reward points. These two ladies keep me coming back to this dealership.

The battery on my 2022 Chevy 2500 HD went bad. They got me right in and replaced the battery. Very professional. Best dealership in Oklahoma.

I had a appointment for 9:30 waiting 2 hours they said it took so much time because they did a recall that I have paperwork saying it was done Jan 13 2025 Never informed he they was doing a recall so why do the same recall twice.l don’t trust them anymore. Will not use them again

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle entirely on my own. I thought it was going to be rough; I pep-talked myself. Stay strong, don't give in, girls rule; boys drool..the whole 9 yards. Turns out, that was very unnecessary. The guys were GREAT, easy to talk to, informative, and made the experience as comfortable as spending thousands of dollars can be! The people at the dealership are customer oriented and friendly. The service department is great, always takes care of what is needed.

1. Was very surprised that this dealer didn’t carry a radiator for a Chevy express considering they’ve been using the same parts for so long. 2. I am grateful they allowed me to bring them off brand parts from a near by auto parts store instead of waiting for them to order new ones. (I was on a time crunch and couldn’t afford to wait multiple days). 3. The tech also found an issue with my ac system but didn’t realize my Chevy express did t have a read ac installed. This technician over pressurized my system which caused my compressor to fail later on down the road. I called the store to bring up the over pressurization and the tech said he did it because he wasn’t sure if it had a rear AC.

I got there early and I was told you were not busy and you world get right on it. I got an oil change and was charged .3 hours labor. It took about 2 hours.

Nice and professional but wish for better communication on stays of work. The online status check system is flawed.

The people are so nice and friendly. The dealership is very clean. The only thing that would make it better is if they offered a detail service while its being fixed.

Regular salesman was phenomenal. Sales manager was overly defensive, and had no idea how to use the software to show the numbers. I asked for just the final price several times. Got what I thought was a right number but then found out sales manager used the software wrong and gave me a new number. Much higher. Sales manager got super defensive when I asked him to by the number changed, he didn’t know. After fumbling around for several minutes they finally agreed on what went wrong. The finance manager even told the sales manager - he asked you for final numbers several times and you kept on: Sales manager also got visibly audible an t his detest for me asking them to review my trade. If I wasn’t in the position I was in I would never have bought from that sales manager.

Everyone at this dealership was courteous and professional. Answered all of my questions and made buying my new car really easy. Highly recommend them!
