Had an awesome experience here! Eric was great to work with-had the exact car we were looking for & even stayed after hours to finish the deal. The whole process was super easy & quick, no pressure, no trying to sell me a different vehicle or a "payment", just straightforward & honest. Definitely one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Eric and the dealership!

From the first time we contacted the dealership about our purchase until us driving away, everyone was amazing! Communication was stellar. Customer service, top notch! We flew in from out of state and the next morning they picked us up from the hotel and had everything completely ready for us to sign. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our experience!

thought it took a little long for an oil change, and new air filter.

Regular salesman was phenomenal. Sales manager was overly defensive, and had no idea how to use the software to show the numbers. I asked for just the final price several times. Got what I thought was a right number but then found out sales manager used the software wrong and gave me a new number. Much higher. Sales manager got super defensive when I asked him to by the number changed, he didn’t know. After fumbling around for several minutes they finally agreed on what went wrong. The finance manager even told the sales manager - he asked you for final numbers several times and you kept on: Sales manager also got visibly audible an t his detest for me asking them to review my trade. If I wasn’t in the position I was in I would never have bought from that sales manager.

Mindy does an outstanding job, I brought my Silverado for a oil change was having a problem with my phone pairing with mychevrolet it didn't take her 10 minutes to fix the problem. She truly provides great customer service.

Communication was not good. I had to keep calling to get info because no one told me what was going on. When I picked up my car when it was ready it was still not working properly and had to turn it around and take it back. I had to ask the service guy to get in the car to drive him so I could prove it was still not working.

The service department employees are always friendly and responsive to my needs, top notch service department and staff.

I’m not a frequent car shopper, but I was seriously in the market for a new car. I’m from a small town and wanted to shop at a smaller dealership rather than the mega metro dealerships. I had a 5 star buying experience from start to finish!! From sales to finance to driving off the lot, I couldn’t be happier!!!!

Mindy is the one who checked me in. Mindy is an amazingly friendly person and always takes good care of me. Darlene is the receptionist and she always visits with you and makes you feel welcome. Darlene is always friendly as well.

I got there early and I was told you were not busy and you world get right on it. I got an oil change and was charged .3 hours labor. It took about 2 hours.

I had a very good experience at Frontier Chevrolet. All staff courteous and helpful. I appreciated how understanding of my needs the staff were and the fact that they allowed me to go through the process at my speed and they were not pushing me into anything.
